St. Paddy's Day Cocktail: Dublin Minstrel

In the quest for finding new cocktails to serve on St. Patrick's Day, we discovered an irish cocktail that is both herbaceous and citrusy. It's called a Dublin Minstrel.

Dublin Minstrel

• 1 ounce Irish Whiskey

• 2/3 ounce Green Chartreuse

• 2/3 ounce Maraschino Liqueur

• 2/3 ounce Fresh Lime Juice

Step 1:

In a cocktail shaker add, 1 ounce Irish Whiskey, 2/3 of an ounce of Green Chartreuse, 2/3 of an ounce of Maraschino Liqueur, and 2/3 of an ounce of fresh lime juice.

Step 2:

Add ice, seal and shake for 20 seconds. Pour into a coupe or cocktail glass and enjoy! Happy St Paddy's Days!
